These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Mourne Peak website and purchases made through our online store.

Mourne Peak is an independent lifestyle clothing brand operated by Mourne Peak Ltd, based in Northern Ireland and inspired by the landscapes, culture and character of the Mournes. Registered office: 9a Aghnagon Road, Mayobridge, Newry, Northern Ireland, BT34 2JG. Company number: NI740127.

Throughout these Terms, “Mourne Peak”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Mourne Peak Ltd, and “you” and “your” refer to the customer.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Prices & Payments

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, images, colours, sizing and specifications are accurate. Colours may vary slightly between different devices and actual products.

Product availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to update, modify or withdraw products where necessary.

All products supplied will meet the consumer rights that apply to them, including being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

All prices displayed on our website are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices, promotions and product availability at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Payment must be completed when you place your order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

5. Delivery

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

You will receive an order confirmation by email confirming that we have received your order. This does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in circumstances such as product unavailability, an obvious pricing or listing error, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will provide a full refund.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

We deliver to the destinations and using the delivery options displayed at checkout.

Delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be shown before you complete your purchase.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery times may vary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control. Applicable statutory delivery and consumer rights continue to apply.

7. Promotions & Discount Codes

Our Refund Policy explains our returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellation procedures.

Nothing in our Refund Policy or these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

For eligible online purchases, customers generally have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions. You do not generally need to provide a reason for cancellation.

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to specific terms, including expiry dates, product exclusions or minimum spends.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers.
